ADShift Agency – Refund Policy
At ADShift Agency, our refund policy is established based on the terms and conditions agreed upon with each client prior to service activation.
By using our services, clients acknowledge that they are responsible for all applicable fees, regardless of campaign performance or advertising outcomes.
1. Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, clients must comply with the following conditions:
* Accept all ADShift terms and complete full payment before onboarding.
* Provide complete, accurate, and transparent information regarding the products or services being advertised, including any restricted or prohibited content.
* Notify their assigned Account Manager in advance of any changes to products, creatives, websites, or campaign structures before launch.
* Strictly comply with the advertising policies of each platform where campaigns are executed.
* Promptly inform their Account Manager of any account-related issues, including restrictions, rejected ads, disabled campaigns, or unusual activity.
During the service period, ADShift reserves the right to immediately terminate cooperation, cancel contracts, and deny any refund if unethical behavior, policy violations, or breaches of agreed conditions are detected.
2. Refund Notes
* Only the remaining balance in the advertising account and any on-hold funds are eligible for refund.
* Accepted refund methods include: Cryptocurrency, Wise, Payoneer, and Bank Transfer.
* Refunds will be processed strictly via the original payment method. For example, payments made in cryptocurrency will be refunded in cryptocurrency only.
* Refund processing time is typically 3–5 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
General
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
* If the client runs campaigns that violate platform policies without prior notice or approval from ADShift, regardless of whether the account is suspended.
TikTok-Specific Cases
Refunds will not be granted if:
* During an appeal process for a suspended account, the platform confirms serious violations such as data misuse, non-delivery claims, or other official warnings.
* The client insists on using creatives, domains, or IP addresses previously linked to suspended accounts, despite being advised otherwise by ADShift, resulting in further suspension.
* The client deploys creatives, websites, or materials that differ from those submitted for prior review by ADShift. Upon detection, the client will be removed from the advertising account, cooperation will be terminated, and no refund will be issued.
Other Platforms
* If the client changes products or services without notifying ADShift in advance and obtaining approval, and such changes lead to account suspension or restriction, no refund will be provided.
ADShift is committed to maintaining transparent cooperation and protecting both client and agency interests. By engaging our services, clients agree to abide by all outlined terms and platform policies.
